  • Health does not only mean physical fitness or free from disease. Healthy means a state of complete physical, mental, disease-free, and social well-being. 
  • Healthy people are more effective in work and increase the longevity of people and reduces infant and maternity mortality.

The following are indicators of a healthy individual and society:

  • Neonatal Mortality
  • Infant Mortality
  • Child mortality
  • Life Expectancy
  • Suicide rate
  • Crime rate
  • Economic development level
  • Status and data of diseases

Two types of disease;

  • Infectious such as Aids. disease transmit easily from one person to another person.
  • Non-infectious; Cancer

Communicable disease such as:

  • Malaria caused by Protozoa( highest case in Chhattisgarh)
  • Bacteria; Pneumania
  • Virus; Common cold
  • Dengue and Chikamgunia
  • Swine Flu
  • Diarrhea
  • TB

 Non-Communication disease;

  • Cancer
  • Bloop pressure
  • Blood sugar
  • Heart patient

Ways for good health;

  • Balanced diet
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Regular exercises
  • Yoga
  • Awareness and disease
  • Proper disposal of waste
  • Hygiene food and water
