The following are differences between the lifestyle of farmers in the USA and India:

Farmer in the USA works as a businessman whereas farmers in India work as peasant farmers.

The typical size of farm size in India is about 1.5 to 3 hectares whereas the average farm size in the USA is much larger than the Indian farm size, which is about 250 hectares.

Farmers in the USA test soil health in the soil testing laboratory from time to time whereas there are no such practices by Indian farmers.

Farmers in the USA use modern technology like a satellite to get precise pictures of their fields whereas there is no such used by Indian farmers.

Farmers in the USA do commercial farming whereas most of the farmers in India practice intensive farming.

Farming in the USA is highly mechanized and labor participation is low whereas Farming in India is highly labor intensive.

majority of farmers in the USA are educated and they keep updating themself with modern agricultural knowledge whereas the majority of farmers in India are illiterate and they do farming with the use of traditional agricultural knowledge.

Farmer in the USA is much richer than Indian farmers.
