Answer.

Resources, be it natural resources or human-made resources or human resources, are distributed unequally over the earth. For example, coal in India is not found everywhere, it is mainly found in the Chhotanagpur plateau, Son valley, Krishna, and Godavari valley.

Natural resources like coal, petroleum, minerals, water, soils, etc are depends on a number of physical factors like terrain, climate, altitude, pressure, biotic resources, depth, time, etc. These factors are not equally distributed over the earth, which is why natural resources are distributed unequally over the earth.

Human-made resources like machines, buildings, roads, bridges,, steel, etc are depends upon many factors like capital, knowledge, technology, requirement, human, etc; these factors are not equally distributed over the earth, which is why human-made resources distributed unequally over the earth.

The distribution of human resources also depends on many factors like climate, soils, water availability, terrain, minerals, etc; these factors are not equally distributed over the earth; which is why human resources are distributed unequally over the earth.
