India's Lakshadweep Islands are located in the Arabian Sea and India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands are located in the Bay of Bengal.
The Lakshadweep Islands are situated on the southwest coast of India while the Andaman and Nicobar Islands are situated in the southeast part of India.
Both the island groups are union territories of India.
