Answer.
Our earth is surrounded by a huge cover of air which is called the atmosphere. The atmosphere is a gaseous part of our environment.
All living things on Earth depend on the atmosphere for survival. The atmosphere provides us with oxygen to breathe and protects us from the harmful effects of the sun's rays.
Without the atmosphere, life would not have been possible on Earth; If there was no atmosphere on earth, it would be very hot during the day and very cold at night.
