Hour-to-hour changes in atmospheric conditions of temperature, precipitation, wind direction, wind speed, aridity, humidity, etc of a particular location are called weather.
Day-to-day atmospheric conditions of a location are called weather.
Some weather makes humans unhappy like hot weather and humid weather. Some weather makes humans happy and cheerful like breezy weather.
