Equal access to public service; Civil servants are expected to be impartial in their work and avoid favoritism, discrimination, and nepotism. Impartiality helps civil servants to ensure public services to all citizens without any prejudice or bias.

Maintain the trust of the public; Impartiality helps civil servants to make objective and unbiased in their actions; it promotes fairness and transparency in governance which increases the public trust in governance.

In ensuring social justice; Impartiality is crucial to ensuring that justice is served as it helps in equal treatment of law enforcement.
