"Courage of conviction" is a value that the person inspires to stay with firmness on his values. This value motivates the person to struggle for rights and justice, even if he has to face opposition or criticism, or pressure from a powerful person.


Civil servants who have "Courage of conviction", act as per their moral values for making society fair, just, and equal.
