Geographical features of the Amazon Basin include:

Amazon River:

The Amazon Basin is predominantly covered by the Amazon Rainforest, one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. It is home to countless species of plants and animals.

Numerous tributaries feed into the Amazon River, including the Rio Negro, Madeira, and Ucayali, among others, contributing to its immense volume of water.
