Geographical features of the Amazon Basin include:


Amazon River: 

Amazon River flows in the Amazon Basin, the second-longest river in the world after the Nile. It carries more water than any other river and is a vital transportation route in the region.


Rainforest: 

The Amazon Basin is predominantly covered by the Amazon Rainforest, one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. It is home to countless species of plants and animals.
