Multiple Nuclei Model by Ullman and Harris UPSC

It is developed by Ullman and Harris in 1945. This model came in opposition to CBD. This model says that instead of one CBD of the city, there can be many CBDs.
Active activities attract and repel other activities.
Instead of having only one central business activity as the concentric and, sector model believed, a city has multiple nodes, and the residential area developed around the multiple nodes.
