The Coastal Union Territories are as follows -
- Daman and Diu.
- Lakshadweep.
- Puducherry.
- Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Daman and Diu are located on the western coast of India, its coastal length is about 42 km.
Lakshadweep is located in the Arabian Sea. The total coastal length of Lakshadweep is about 132 km.
Puducherry is situated in four places, whose location is as follows -
- Mahe (Puducherry) is located on the west coast (on the Kerala coast).
- Karaikal (Puducherry) is located on the east coast (on the Tamil Nadu coast).
- Yanam (Puducherry) is on the east coast and is situated at the mouth of the Godavari river on the Andhra coast.
- Puducherry is situated on the eastern coast of Tamil Nadu coast.
The coastal length of Puducherry in all the regions (Mahe, Karaikal, Yanam, and Puducherry) is about 48 km.
Andaman and Nicobar Islands are located in the Bay of Bengal. The total coastal length of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is approximately 1962 km.
