On a graph paper, plot the number of districts in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Goa, Kerala, and Haryana. Does the number of districts have some relationship with the area of the state?

The following is the relationship between the number of districts and regions of the state;


Madhya Pradesh;

Number of Districts- 50

Area in Sq.km- 3,08,252


Karnataka;

No. of Districts- 30

Area in Sq.km- 1,91,791


Haryana;

No. of Districts- 21

Area in Sq.km- 44,212

Does the number of districts have some relationship with the area of the state


Kerala;

Number of Districts- 14

Area in Sq.km- 38,852


Meghalaya;

No. of Districts- 7

Area in Sq.km- 22,429


Goa;

No. of Districts- 2

Area in Sq.km- 3,702

The above data indicates that the larger the area, the greater the number of districts.
