Narmada river rises from the Amarkantak hills of Madhya Pradesh and it flows through Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

Vaitarna river rises from Trimbak hills in the Nashik district of Maharashtra.

Kalindi rises from the Belgaum district and the mouth of the river is Karwar Bay.

Bhogeshwari river rises in the Raigad district of Maharashtra.

Amba river originates in Bhorghat hill.
