Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve has been notified on 18-01-1998.
Sundarbans Biosphere Reserve;
Sundarbans Biosphere Reserve is located in West Bengal. It is spread in the delta of the Ganges and Brahmaputra rivers.
Sunderban Biosphere Reserve was notified on 29-03-1989.
Gulf of Mannar Biosphere Reserve;
It is the only biosphere reserve in India that is spread over seawater. It is situated on the coast of Tamil Nadu.
The Mannar Biosphere Reserve is found between Rameshwaram Island to Kanyakumari.
Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve;
The Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve is situated between the border areas of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.
It is part of Wayanad, Nagarhole, Bandipur and Madumalai, Nilambur, Silent Valley, and Siruvani Hills.
