Tolerance is the supreme fundamental value because it respects different perspectives of things and different ways to live life, whether it agrees with their views or not. Tolerance is the supreme value for civil servants in the following ways-

It respects diversity and maintains unity; Tolerance is a supreme fundamental value because it makes civil servants co-exist with our diverse socio-cultural people which plays an important role in maintaining inclusion, unity, and effective governance.

Public trust; Civil servants need to interact with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. Tolerance inspires public servants to interact with people with respect, and honoring people increases trust, due to which people's trust in the government increases.

Promotes inclusion in the work environment; The tolerance value of civil servants is essential for the collaborative environment; They appreciate the contribution of their colleagues regardless of their differences.

Preventing conflict and solving problems; Tolerance helps civil servants to identify and prevent conflict by recognizing and accepting conflict with other social groups, helping to solve problems.

 In conclusion, we can say that tolerance is a supreme value for public servants as it helps civil servants promote diversity, unity, and inclusiveness, maintain effective governance, prevent conflict, and keep a positive working environment.
