Changes in work culture are always necessary due to changing conditions. In our country, the situation is changing rapidly as well as rapid changes in population and their needs, which is why it is a necessary change in work culture necessary for quality of services delivery in the present administrative structure.
The following changes are required to provide qualitative service in the present administrative structure-
Use of information technology: The current administration is still using the decade-old information equipment to identify the beneficiaries of services and keep records. Today is the era of artificial intelligence, and the use of artificial intelligence in education and government work is very important. The use of the latest equipment of information technology such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, sensor technology, and satellite technology will improve transparency and efficiency in public administration, it will also help in making the work environment transparent and will also help in correcting accountability.
Use of ethical governance: There is a lack of trust between the administration and the general public. It needs to be strengthened, and it can be done by following ethical governance. There is a lack of ethics in the current administrative structure and current work culture. Promoting moral values in civil servants and ethical work culture is a very necessary change in the current administration.
Awarding good things: We should reward and punish things on the basis of work. This will increase the efficiency of administration. Everyone gets equal money in the current administrative structure whether it is given or not to give his service properly.
To highlight the best practices: There is a need to adopt the best practices in administration from abroad or in other states.
Some of the above suggestions were made, which will bring positive changes in the work culture adopting it.
