As we know our solar system has eight planets, but the earth has some unique features amongst all planets, the following characteristics make earth unique planet:
- Life exists only on earth in our solar system.
- The perfect composition of the atmosphere such as nitrogen, oxygen, co2 exists only on earth to enable life.
- A large amount of liquid water about 74% of the earth's surface is found only on earth, no other planet has such a large reservoir of water; because of this feature earth is called the blue planet.
- Earth's moon helps to stabilize the climate.
