Tharangambadi (तरंगमबाडी ):

  • Tharangambadi is a town in the Mayiladuthurai district of Tamil Nadu. 
  • The first Danish trading post in India was established at Tharangambadi in 1620.
  • It is famous for the Dansborg fort.
  • The Beach of Tharangambadi is one of the most ozone-rich beaches.

Namcha Barwa (नामचा बरवा ):

  • Namcha Barwa is a mountain peak located in Tibet near Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Namcha Barwa is considered the easternmost extend of Himalaya; Himalaya bends towards Purvanchal ranges from Namcha Barwa

Narcodam (नारकोडम ):

  • Narcodam is the easternmost island of India and it is part of the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago.
  • Narcodam island is formed by volcanos and it is largely forested.

Khajjiar (खज्जियर ):

  • Khajjiar is a hill station in Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh.
  • It is also called Switzerland of India due to its natural beauty.
  • It is covered with a dense deodar forest and meadows.

Chunchanakatte (चुंचनकट):

  • Chunchanakatte is famous for the Chunchanakatte waterfall which is on the Kaveri river. 
  • It is also a pilgrimage site as Lord Rama visited here during Vanvas.
  • Chunchanakatte is located in Mysore district, Karnataka.
