Let us sing: " Fruits for all"

Let us sing: " Fruits for all"

Five yellow mangoes hanging on the tree,

One for the traveller who rests under the tree.

One for the bird who nests on the tree.

One for the squirrel who runs up the tree.

One for the rabbit who lives under the tree.

One for you to share with me.

Five red apples hanging on the tree,

One for the traveller who rests under the tree.

One for the bird who nests on the tree.

One for the squirrel who runs up the tree.

One less for the rabbit who lives under the tree.

One for you to share with me.

Summary:

The poem “Fruits for All” tells us about sharing nature’s gifts with everyone.

There are five mangoes and five apples hanging on the tree.

Each fruit is shared among those who live near or depend on the tree — the traveller resting under it, the bird nesting on it, the squirrel climbing it, and the rabbit living below it.

Finally, the poet lovingly says that one fruit is for you and me to share, teaching us the value of sharing, kindness, and harmony with nature.

Let us speak

सारांश  "A Visit to the Market" – बाजार की सैर:
